Disability Access
At the heart of Nauru's groundbreaking "Clean on Wheels" e-bus initiative lies a steadfast commitment to accessibility for all. Our electric buses are fully equipped with wheelchair-accessible features, including low-floor designs, deployable ramps, and dedicated secure spaces that accommodate standard mobility aids up to 0.8m x 1.3m—ensuring seamless boarding and travel for passengers with disabilities. Whether navigating the island's coastal loop or connecting remote districts like Anibare to Yaren, every journey prioritizes dignity, independence, and safety. Powered by sustainable solar charging and guided by real-time GPS for efficient routing, these zero-emission vehicles not only reduce our carbon footprint but also bridge gaps in equity, empowering Nauru's diverse community to move freely and fearlessly. Ride with us—because sustainable transport means transport for everyone.

Prohibited: Consumption of food, snacks, or beverages without screw-top lids (e.g., open cups, cans, or unpackaged drinks) is not permitted. This helps preserve the cleanliness of our e-buses and prevents damage to seating and flooring, ensuring a pleasant environment for all.
Waste Management
No Littering: Passengers must not leave any trash, including wrappers, bottles, or personal items, aboard the e-bus. All waste must be taken with you upon exiting or disposed of in designated bins at bus stops.
Spill Response: In the event of an accidental spill, please notify the driver immediately to ensure prompt cleaning and safety.
Smoking and Air Quality
Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited aboard all e-buses, at bus stops, and within 5 metres of any boarding or alighting area. This policy is in place to maintain clean air quality, ensure the comfort and health of all passengers, and protect sensitive electronic and ventilation systems on our electric buses.
Passengers are reminded that e-buses are enclosed public environments where second-hand smoke and vapour can cause discomfort and health concerns for others. Please respect this policy at all times to help provide a pleasant, safe, and smoke-free journey for everyone.
Respect for Others
Maintain courteous behavior toward fellow passengers and the driver. Avoid loud conversations, disruptive noises, or activities that may disturb others.
Priority seating near the entrance is reserved for passengers with disabilities, the elderly, or those with mobility needs. Please offer these seats if requested.
Safety and Compliance
Follow all driver instructions, including those related to boarding, alighting, and emergency procedures.
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any flammable substances is strictly prohibited.
Personal belongings must be kept clear of aisles and wheelchair-accessible areas to ensure safe movement for all passengers.
Environmental Responsibility
Our e-buses are powered by solar energy, aligning with Nauru’s sustainability goals. Help us maintain this eco-friendly service by adhering to waste-free and spill-free policies.
Report any observed damage or maintenance issues to the driver to keep our fleet in optimal condition.
